Between landing and take-off
At the start of the New Year, we installed Lukáš Rittstein's sculpture titled Between landing and take-off, 2006. This sculpture belongs to the cycle Forest, which expresses the nostalgia of the disappearing wilderness. In this series a soft white substance horizontally holds an artificial tree trunk, just as the soul clings to the axis of its existence and carries its personal stories on its back. The sculpture was installed in the Museum's courtyard on January 4, 2012.
