The exhibition in Museum Kampa will compare the use of light as a dramatic element, a visual illusion and as a substance in the scenographs of Josef Svoboda and Robert Wilson.

Vernon Gallery in cooperation with Museum Kampa is preparing a unique exhibition presenting oil works and drawings by the world-renowned, early 20th-century Italian artist and sculptor Amedeo Modigliani (1884–1920). The exhibited works will also be borrowed from public and private collections in Israel, Italy, Argentina, Great Britain and Finland.

Discoverer of New Methods
This exhibition will present works by this artists from the Jan and Meda Mladek collection. In the visual arts he developed the techniques of alchemage (chemically treating reproductions of pictures) and froissage (interpreting the creased lines made at random by crumpling paper), which brought him the most recognition. Artworks featuring these techniques will be on view.
