How many different appearances can glass have? Which techniques can transform glass into an artwork? Let’s explore the different forms glass can take together. You will have a chance to see both a variety of glass objects from the Museum Kampa art collection and the architectonic “jewels”, which decorate the historic Sova’s Mills. With the help of your fantasy you will be able to immerse yourself into beautiful art pieces from several well known Czech glass artists. When filling in interactive worksheets or creating a map of artworks and terms, you will find out more about why an artist decides to create his work from this interesting material, which has many surprising facets. The artistic workshop will simulate the art of “stained glass”.
